At My Frenchie Needs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or expired (for supplements).

  • You received the incorrect product.

Important Notes:

  • Proof (clear photographs) must be provided before a return or refund can be processed.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened supplements/accessories cannot be returned.
