Returns are accepted only if:

The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or expired (for supplements).

You received the incorrect product.
Important Notes:

Proof (clear photographs) must be provided before a return or refund can be processed.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original method of payment.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened supplements/accessories cannot be returned.
